If providers have a concern about a specific Guilford Center staff person, they should first discuss the problem with the staff member involved. If further discussion is needed, the provider may contact the staff person’s supervisor. If you do not know the name of the supervisor, you may call The Guilford Center Administrative Office reception desk at 336.641.4981 and ask for the supervisor’s name and telephone number.
