The reporting of incidents is very important in the monitoring of quality care by a provider. Providers have the responsibility to see that their staff has been trained in recognition and reporting of specific incidents which the state has identified. In order to assist providers with this important area, monthly training sessions are being offered at The Guilford Center. During the session, staff will be instructed in the required documentation on the Incident & Death Report. The training is voluntary and there is no charge. If you are interested in scheduling staff for this training, please call Andee Gable at 336-641-4174 or email him at Lgable@GuilfordCenter.com.
