The Guilford Center Begins the Process of Transitioning Consumers to New Service Providers
As required by state mental health reform, The Guilford Center is accelerating its efforts to transition consumers who receive clinical care at its facilities to new private state-endorsed service providers.
The Center held Provider Fairs during the month of April, in Greensboro and High Point, to give consumers the opportunity to meet and learn more about the organizations that have been approved to provide services. The Guilford Center is also working with individual consumers who were unable to attend the Fairs. The Center is also conducting mini sessions to inform consumers about important issues such as client rights.
