Facility Based Crisis Services RFP
The Guilford Center Behavioral Health & Disability Services (also known as the Guilford County Area Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Authority) is requesting proposals from private or public, nonprofit or for-profit organizations or public institutions to provide Facility Based Crisis Services for our consumers. Services must be provided in Guilford County.

Requests for the copy of this RFP must be received no later than May 25, 2005. The RFP is part of the Guilford Center’s divestiture plan in compliance with state Mental Health Reform.
