State Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services Announces Changes in Authorization Process through ValueOptions

For: All providers of targeted case management and CAP-MR/DD services

In a memorandum issued on August 31, 2006, Director Michael Moseley announced the State's intention to move forward on its original transition date for CAP-MR/DD and targeted case management authorizations to transfer from Local Management Entities (LMEs) to ValueOptions (VO).
