Guilford Center Behavioral Health and Disability Services offers assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With a growing network of more than 700 providers, we can identify a community resource that can help you.

Call 1.800.853.5163 any time, day or night, to speak with a mental health professional for information or to schedule an appointment. We have recently added a TTY number, 1.866.518.6778 for deaf and hard of hearing consumers.

If you or a member of your family is experiencing a mental health crisis, such as having thoughts or feelings about harming self or others, the Crisis/Emergency Services unit at our Bellemeade Center in Greensboro is open around the clock. Consumers in the High Point area can find help during business hours at our High Point Center, or after hours and on weekends at High Point Regional Health System. Our goal is to help you and your family maintain a healthy, productive life by helping you feel better and function more effectively — at home, at school, on the job, and in the community.
